About Us Kevin F. Walter founded Outdoor Creations in
1995 in Rockland County, NY. In 2002 we incorporated to become Outdoor Creations, Inc. We have been servicing
the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas since we began. In 2009 we moved our office and shop into Monroe, NY. located
in Orange County. We are an owner operated company; meaning the person that comes to do your estimate
is the person that comes to do your work. The only time other contractors are on your job is to perform work
that we are not licensed for. |

Our Process Present you with an estimate,
in writing, detailing all the work that will be required to start and complete your project. Provide a timeline identifying the start and completion date of your project. Once work begins, we obtain quality materials that meet, or exceed, the uniform building code and your needs. If sub contractors
are required for any other part of your project, we support the idea that they are hired for their quality of workmanship,
not the lowest bid. |

by understanding their needs, creating cost effective solutions, while maintaining our reputation of fairness and honesty. Our company brings
many years of building experience and we insure successful projects by working closely with our clients. Our experience enables us to guide clients through each phase of the building
